Ilios is the Los Cabos outpost of Grupo Andersons' growing Greek estiatorio brand (also in Cancún, Tulum, and Playa del Carmen), set at Km 5 Tourist Corridor with some of the most dramatic Sea of Cortez panoramic views in the area. The design channels the rugged beauty of the Greek islands—stone, warm lighting, Mediterranean greenery—while the menu runs from moussaka and souvlaki to grilled octopus, lobster ceviche, and lamb chops, paired with a solid Greek wine list. As night falls, belly dancing and a fire show inject theatrical energy. Open until 2am daily.
